I was happy to find some hard to find colored pencils on this site. I ordered them, I clicked on the little "calculate shipping costs" button, and it said the price, and directly underneath, it said, "Over $50.00, free shipping." It was one of the options. Then, I get to the final screen. It showed a shipping charge of $23.00. Which is ridiculous. Especially since what I was ordering was about $4.00 each. We met the $50.00 requirement, and they wouldnt give us the free shipping.
I wrote a letter to their customer service asking why. They told me and I quote, "You need to take that up with FEDEX. We charge the same as them."
WHAT? I get a smart-aleck blowoff answer from a customer service rep? Dont shop here. They are great if you have no problems. Have an issue tho, and you are in trouble. They simply dont care.

The website was hard to naviage - trying to find exactly what was needed (although it was better than others - which is why I chose it). But, in the end, although the product appeared to be what we wanted, it turned out not to be. I don't know if the description was not correct or what, but it did not have all of the features that the description said it had - and the pictures were not detailed enough to clarify that.

After placing my order and providng my credit card information, I received a confirmation . The next day I was told that the item was no longer available. This information should have been at the time the order was placed.

They had the cheapest price on the postage meter ink cartridge and offered free shipping for purchases of $50 or more. I ordered a printer cartridge, which wasn't really needed at the moment, to take advantage of the free shipping. 2 days later I had my order but the cartridge for the postage meter wasn't in there although the shipment detail said it was. Later that day I got an email saying that the cartridge was discontinued and they wouldn't be getting any more in. That cartridge was what I needed desperately. They should have been able to tell me they didn't have it at the time I ordered. If I had known I wouldn't have placed an order with them at all. That's probably why they don't let people know, they might lose an order that way. I won't shop them again and if anybody asks me if they should try this company I will definitely tell them no.

This vendor has items (namely: At-A-Glance Monthly Pocket Planner Refill For 70-064-05) that the big guys like Staples and Office Max don't bother to carry. Since they had the "hard to get" item that I wanted, I bought several more expensive items while I was there. BASICALLY, IT COST THE BIG GUYS $80 IN SALES. This is the second or third time that I skipped the big guys for the little guys.

I like to try pens out first. I ordered some green pens which I never recieved. However I received to black fine pens which i hate. I never, ever write in black and never ever write with a fine pen. Everything on order was excellant, except pens.

I feel the prices they had to offer were better than any price I can get it for in my area and I had my order with four working days of placing the order and I find this to bea super plus for me to return. And also that I had placed an order large enough that I didn't have to pay shipping and makes it even more worth my time. There website was easy to use and I like about companies also.
