I used Google to search for "Steve Spangler Science" and found this company listed on the right column (I've since learned that these are "paid" ads!). I had problems with ordering on their website, so I called. I asked if this was Steve Spangler Science and the person said yes, but discoverthis.com IS NOT Steve Spangler Science.

I also searched on their certificates and awards on the bottom of their website and found that their "Editor's Choice Award for Directory.Net" is fake. There is no such organization or web site as of the date of this review. It just goes to show you how careful you have to be.

I love this company. I discovered them from another site, The Robot Store. I have now purchased 4 items from them on 3 different occassions and have never had 1 second of trouble. Their products ship on time, and the products delivered are spot-on accurate. Their service and accuracy has earned my trust, and I will order from them again. What I love most about them, is the products they sell..... Good, educational stuff that I can use to teach my two sons practical life science knowledge. I purchased the kit on line and found the setup very easy to use with extensive descriptions of products. I have not opened the box since the microscope is a Xmas present for my 7-year old great=granddaughter, but from the looks of it, it seems to be a pretty solid piece of equipment. So far, I have been very pleased with both the service and the merchandise.

I was looking for educational toys for my grandson who is interested in the solar system. I found exactly what I was looking for in his grade level. This is the first time I've used this site from typing in Chemistry set. The final outcome was I found both a chemistry set for my 5 year old and my 11 year old grandsons. They will be given as Christmas presents.

I chose this particular product in lieu of another which I cancelled. I was very interested in all that was offered and spent more time with the enclosed catalog. Tho my purchase was minimal I think they offer a great deal of alternatives to the overdone and useless products for kids and intend to order some things for Christmas. To be far my experience was perfect but then my order was minimal tho I don't anticipate any problems with bigger ones. They were prompt, received my email confirmation and product in quick order, as for the future well I'm sure it will be the same happy experience.

The product descriptions are extensive and very accurate. The products are of very high quality and the pricing is very reasonable. If there is a need to contact them, they respond quickly in a pleasant, friendly manner. And they go out of their way to assist if something is amiss. Last Christmas, a booklet was missing from one of their products (not their fault) and they chased the manufacturer down for me, who quickly provided the booklet. On a scale of 1-10 overall, they rate 15.
