Very poor customer service .

They sent me an email showing that all of my items (3) had been shipped. Only one item showed up. When I called, it turns out they had lost the order for the other two items. They said one would be shipped and the other was not available and couldn't be put on backorder. The order did arrive but with no packing slip and no mail-in rebate that was supposed to come with the product. Now they won't update my account and tell me how much they're going to charge me! I'm supposed to wait till my bill arrives. All in all, a very frustrating experience.
