What a horrible experience. We ordered the Britax Boulevard from them. The website said if it was listed as instock it would ship out within 24 hours and would arrive in 5 days. It took two days for them to take the money from my account and I only received confirmation of the order. I repeatedly accessed the website looking for my status. When I finally called a week later, I was told that they did not know what was going on and that they would contact the warehouse and I would get a reply within 24-48 hours. This did not happen so my husband call again. They gave him the same run around. In the meantime I went on their website and saw that everything was listed as out of stock and not available until the end of March! I then called customer service again. The rep that I got on the phone this time was rather nice and not rude at all. He accessed the warehouse and accounting sections of their company to find out what was going on. He search through 15 different models of the car seats down to the marathon and found that NOTHING was in stock and NOTHING would be available until 3/15/07. At this point I cancelled my order and the rep stated that he would let management know of my troubles. I have yet to receive my money back. I will never shop with them again.
