I tried to reserve the watch on\line, but was unsuccessfull. The first attempt was my fault, and I think I'm sure of what I did wrong, but the second attempt never generated an e-mail to confirm the reservation for pick up at the store in my area. I was able to go to the store and had a bit of a scare as the watch I was going to purchase wasn't in the display case with the other watches, but I found it near by in box on a hook. Overall, I'm very satisfied with using online searches for picking up products at store level. This is the second time i've had to pick up items that I was leary about finding at store level, but found them both. - thanks

Its always a delight to shop at EMS. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable but about the only time I can afford to buy anything is when they are having 30 % off sales. if they had better/ more frequent sales I'd be there every week :-) I couldn't find the particular item I wanted in the store. luckily it was there online. I'm very pleased with it. I knew I would be because I was able to try it out thoroughly in the store before hand.

Attempted to Order the Yakima Bow Down on Sale, never received notice that the item was not in stock. Called the store and was told they did not have it and product line was being discontinued. I purchased the product from Kittery Trading Post instead.

I bought a watch in nyc store but they forgot to put it in box when i called store and HQ they did not believe me they told me inventory was reliable, they found it in the display case 3 days later. disappointed both the entire store staff and HQ did not believe me and did not have accountability to track a watch

I used online selection and in-store pickup. When I arrived at the store (exit 5 in Plymouth, MA, the store clerk was very instrumental in helping me find the right backpack for my needs. SO I ended up purchasing a different backpack then the one I had selected online.

We shopped around for a kayak and saw that our neighborhood EMS had the kayak we wanted(saw it online). We called the store, they confirmed that the specific kayak was in the store and we went to pick it up. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The website is awful. Slow and inefficient to use. I used the "pick up at store" option, which is great. The website said they had it in my size and to pick it up, but later, I got an email from the store saying they didn't have it. At least I didn't have to make a trip out there.
