Eastern Mountain Sports(EMS) is a great place to shop. I've been doing business with EMS for years, and found that the quality of goods and customer service are both excellent. What I like best about EMS is that the product lines carried almost always fit me well and are durable. I have an English wool sweater from EMS that has lasted over 10 years of hard use. On the downside, the very few times that I have a product defect (twice in 25 years), the return hasn't been satisfactory - make sure that you save your receipt! On receipted items that are returned in a reasonable time, you will have a good experience. Would I do business with EMS again? Absolutely! I do much of my gear and clothing shopping with EMS.

the item was on sale ($50 vs. 59) so I ordered and bought- one day later, they were on sale for 47! All on line, also. Then I wanted replacement spikes for stabilicers. on-line they were on sale, but it said none in stock in marlboro so i could not order and pick up, so I couldn't order on sale on line. Went to store, and they had at least 3 packages in stock. You should allow 'ship to local store' like REI, whether they are 'in stock' in that store or not!

The 12 volt adapter listed on your web site with the Garmin Vista Gps as most often purchased with the Vista Gps is not correct. I had to return to my local store twice to exchange it before I got the correct adapter, and then it wasn't on sale anymore. Having the correct coresponding accessories for products listed on your web site would be helpful.
