after ordering (in stock) remanufactured laptops, i was informed that they were not in stock and would be another 8 to 9 days out.  It was also said that they would be refurbished and not remanufactured as indicated on the web site.
I then got a "deal" on NEW laptops.  BAIT AND SWITCH?

I was contacted by a Sales Manager.  We had many emails. I was very impressed with his dedication to customer service.  My opinion has risen dramatically of their company due to his efforts.  Many thanks to Alan.
