This company is a scam. Worse experience ever. Stay away from them. They have a seven day return policy not stated on the web site, or they will charge you 6.5% of the value of your order and also will charge you for the original shipment fee. They require a RMA number (returned merchandise authorization.) For a week I called their "Internet Order" phone number printed on the invoice that came with the product - 718-728-3605 -- no one picked up the phone. I sent them two e-mails to their "sales department" asking for the RMA and they did not reply. I was later told that they can only give RMA numbers by phone, not e-mails. I called the corporate number 718-728-6110 -- and was told that since my order had been placed on the Internet that I had to continue calling the phone number that no one was picking up. Frustrated, after trying for two days DURING BUSINESS HOURS and having no one pick up the phone, I called again the corporate number and was transferred to consumer service. The person told me that as I had received my order 14 days ago that they would NOT ISSUE AN RMA!!! The fact that I had been trying to reach them for 10 days was totally ignored. I offered to submit the printout of the e-mails sent to them complaining about their phone service and asking for the RMA number, but they wouldn't budge.
Besides having the worst costumer service, the product is of inferior quality - it came with a defective battery that allowed me to charge it just enough to check the sound quality -- I was never able to charge it again. -- The CD that accompanies the product was cracked, the sound quality is awful, and it looked like the product had been used before. I'm going to returned the product certified to them and fill up a dispute form with my credit card company, which means that I will continue wasting precious time with this shoddy company.
