Complaints:
* The hour long phone calls waiting for there one and only customer service agent who I am sure has his hands full.
* Ads on your website saying "One day sale, buy today!" just to see the same ad the next day.
* Shady advertisements to lure people into buying the "Phrase book" with out the dictionary, which I might tell you is about the most useless product made.
Be careful what you buy from them. Products are
decent when they work if they work, but your better off going somewhere else.
The company is not bad because its small or lack of funds for customer service, its bad because they choose it to be bad, they
maliciously do not want to replace your product, because they realize, how many translators will one person buy? If they aren't happy with the first one their theory is:
"all well, got there money, how many people can they warn not to buy it?, not like we lost a customer chances are they weren't coming back"To the people who gave good reviews, not fault to you. Like I said their products are decent, but I wish you all the best of luck that your product doesn't have something go wrong to it, or your in the same boat as the rest of us.
To the people reading the good reviews, I say listen to them only if you are sure you're not going to have any issues with your product, if you can garintee that, buy away, if not
stay away.
