I ordered a replacement bulb for my Canon LV7210 projector (bulb replacement for LVLP18). The first one came, I installed it. It blew out after 10 -15 hours of use. I called them, and they allowed me to exchange it. Second one came, same exact thing! Third one came, and it just now blew out after 30 hours of use... and they said they won't replace it again because it's after the 60 day warranty that came with the first bulb. The warranty should renew with each replacement if they're going to keep my business! I won't be buying a bulb from them again.
Bottom line: nice customer service, fast shipping, BAD product

Great service. Shipped item on the same day it was ordered. Item tracking system works great, you will know when the item is going to arrive.
Communications throughout the process is wonderful. Prices are hard to bet and they warranty their items. Great service, hard to bet prices, excellent communications throughout the easy online order process, great tracking service and I love the fact that the item has a warranty / replacement guarantee that covers deffects for three years. I couldn't find another company willing to do this.

What a joke. I shoul;d have known from the first time I called. The kid that answered the phone had no idea what he was talking about and sounded like he was still sleeping. He rushed through my order and it was a mess. Another lady called me back to tell me there was some missing information on my order - she was rude and frank. I was in need - so I kept the order and gave the lady all she needed. Two days later (when my two day air was supposed to arrive) I checked for tracking - my order still did not ship! They were "waiting for inventory". Horrible experience from beginning to end, I am now tapping my fingers for a refund.......I will never go back

I have ordered twice from Electrified and have been very pleased with the prices, service and quality of the products purchased. I checked many sites on the net to find the product needed. Electrified prices were the lowest by far.
The products were shipped and received in a timely manner and were delivered in perfect shape.
