There are other negative reviews about this company online, and I'd like to echo those.

I bought a 24" paper cutter from them that was damaged in shipping. I called and "Richard" said that he would help me get it returned, but I should buy another one to avoid delays.

When I asked what delays, he said that they drop ship their products from the vendor, so he would have to talk to the vendor, and then the vendor would have to talk to UPS, and then the vendor would need to call him back. He also said that it could take up to 30 days for them to get a resolution and for my credit card to be credited. I told him that I would consider buying another one AFTER my credit card was credited.

After the initial call, where "Richard" explained that he would contact me to keep me informed when UPS would be out to pick up the item, I never heard from him again. I called twice and told him if I didn't receive a call back that I was going to pursue alternatives. I didn't receive a call back, so I called my credit card company. It's been over 30 days to date and no credit on my card. My credit card company is taking care of it.

On the upside, the paper cutter I bought was 180.00, which was around 100.00-200.00 cheaper than any other online store.

I'd steer clear of these guys. They seem honest, but their business practice is not buyer friendly. Also, their return policy is very bad--they will not refund your money if you decide, after delivery, that it is not something you wanted. They will only credit your "in store" account. So in other words, there is absolutely a no money back policy, unless the product is damaged when you get it (see above for that bull).

UPDATE: A few weeks ago I actually got the paper cutter back. I didn't open it since once you open it you may own it. I simply called UPS and told them the story. They said just stick it outside with their pick up number on it. One of two things happend here: 1) It was a mistake or Factory Express sent it out again hoping I'd keep it and then charge me for it. I called them and they said they had no records of shipping it to me. All in all, I'd avoid this company.
