My experience with this company has been very frustrating. While they have friendly and helpful customer service folks I would much rather NOT have to make multiple phone calls and spend hours on the phone just to get one order taken care of correctly. I ordered 4 pieces for a shower totaling c. $600. Received only a part of the order in a box kluged together with tape. Both pieces were defective (marred surfaces) and no one knew where the rest of the order was. In order to expedite I simply reordered and waited for a FedEx prepaid label to return the damaged ones. I received no information about the lost order and finally just reordered that, too. Had to call every step of the way: did my product get shipped (no notification), did you find the rest of the order (after a week with no word), when will I receive my return label, when will I get the promised guaranteed low price credit, when will I be credited for the returned items, etc. I did finally receive all the needed pieces in good shape but it has now been 2.5 weeks since my last conversation with them and I have still not received credit for all the damaged items I have returned. Another phone call! This is just not worth it. I will not do business with them again.
