Awful store, I placed 3 orders with this company and NONE resulted in my getting the Jersey I ordered. 
My first order was online thru Google,the order went out UPS and I realized I had put down the wrong Apt number, so I called UPS to change it they wouldn't and I called Football Fanattics to ask them to call UPS and change the apt. number and THEY REFUSED. They said they would reship it when it came back but quess what it didn't come back to them right away, so I cancelled the order.
I then called and ordered in person and  Kids Miami Dolphins #10 Pennington jersey, they gave me a confirmation number then e-mailed me cancelling it.
I again called and ordered the Jersey and again they gave me a confirmation number and again e-mailed me a cancellation.
This company is in Jacksonville, Fla. and on Monday I will file a complaint with BBB. Who knows they probably aren't members but I will try.
If you order from this company ...Don't expect to get the merchandise.
I felt really bad for my friends 10 year old son who wanted the Jersey and each day rushed home from school to see if his Jersey had arrived only to be disappointed.
