Purchased merchandis for $239, Cust service rep (R) at IWG said it had to be sent in from their AZ Store. Club Arrived w/ $159 price tag onit. Contacted Ron advised of price (they have price guarantee) Cust service insisted that wasn't the price. I called AZ store confirmed that in fact that was the price. Also I was charged 19.65 for shipping even though advertised of $150 purchase shipping was free. MADE three more attempts to contact cust service with NO REPONSE from IWG.
Filed Complaint with creditcard company due to lack of response from IWG CS.

The merchant's site claimed that they had a product to sell that they really didn't carry. It's site claimed that they had left-hand clubs in stock and therefore I purchased one. I later got an email from the company saying that they really didn't have it.

I was not provided a tracking number for my order, until I called twice. The first phonecall I spoke to a rude customer service rep who seemed in a hurry to get me off the phone. Their shipping info stated that I could receive free 3 day shipping. But once I selected 3 day shipping they charged me $16.95 instead. When I called to ask about it that is when I talked to the rude representative who told me that was a special offer only for Christmas. I said then why didn't they update the website and he said they did, and the shipping offer shouldn't have showed up. Anyways I would buy from them again on 2 conditions: 1. provide a tracking number by email for the items ordered, 2. Honor your shipping specials or update your website to reflect what you will actually be charged.

I was unsatisfied with this merchant because I still have not received the order, and the online tracking tool did not work so I could not check on its status. I also had to aggressively attempt to contact them to inquire about the whereabouts of my order, after leaving messages on their customer service line and sending emails, both of which were ignored. I was about to dispute the order with my credit card company when the customer service rep finally answered the phone call I was making. The rep was very nice and quickly determined the status of the order, which shipped out 2 weeks late. So, I would not recommend this merchant at all.

There customer service is absolutely horrible and of realtively no help. There return policy is not stated and no invoices are ever sent with the orders. I ordered "New" golf clubs and the clubs I received had scratches and blemishes on them. Hardly what I would have expected for new golf clubs. I returned the clubs and it took them over a week after they received the clubs back to credit my account. I will never shop at this merchant again.

The vendor sent the wrong bag. I called and was told that they would search for the correct bag and call me the next business day to inform me of the status. After three business days I called them again and they said there was no record of my first call. This second contact found the correct bag and had it shipped to me. Both contacts said they would send me a 'UPS Return Label' to use in returning the incorrect bag. It has been nearly a month and the return label has not arrived. I still have both bags. I've sent them an email asking for the return label.

I placed the order and received a notice the next day that IWantGolf.com had received the order. They provided no tracking number for shipping. I called them and the gentleman that answered the phone stated he shipped it the same day I placed the order. I received an email 2 days later stating it was just shipped, but did not provide a tracking number. It would have been nice to be able to track it. The person I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and helpful.
