When I purchased golf ball, I forgot to put correct spec I was looking in the order portal that's why I was surprised receiving the wrong item. I'm looking for Nike ONE Platinum 12-Ball Pack Golf Ball instead of Nike ONE Gold Golf Ball.. I

I really appreciate your prompt deliveries to my Callaway Lady Gems Full Set. I'm very pleased with the quality of service your company provides. But I am quite disappointed on the price because after a couple of days after receiving my order the price has been lower to 100 dollars. I called customer service to inquire; the gentleman explained that I can have a store credit. The customer service rep said he will take care of price correction when I place an order again and send me an email. Well, that’s why I order another set of Callaway Big Bertha Iron Set. I checked my credit card account and they minus the store credit before charging my card. Store credit is great as I love your products and customer service.

I just want to thank Golfio for delivering my golf clubs timely for bday gift for my brother. My brother came very satisfied with the clubs I given him because it's brand new and of high and great quality.
Golfio sales rep are very intelligent in interacting with me when it comes to choosing the right specs that will fit to my brother's need in golf clubs. They were very patient and cooperative. I want to use this site to express my experience that I am very much happy having business at Golfio.com.
I bought a complete set of irons last December 2008, on that time, just like on previous shopping experiences with, I really feel the attention and their presence in assisting me having business with them. Then, I received the order on time as expected in good condition. I would say Golfio.com is definitely of good service and friendly customer service, an excellent website, has a better information about the products (detailed), huge product selections and great prices. I want to let you know how pleased I am with my purchase. I bought a Callaway 2008 X-Forged Iron Set and I used the clubs last Sunday and, after a little getting use to, I dropped 10 strokes from my game. Unbelievable but true. Your club builders know their stuff and a pleasure doing business with you.
Thank you again, and I will definitely suggest your clubs to everybody because they are really wonderful, and the customer care service is incredibly fast and efficient. |

I ordered an electronic golf cart in June of 2008. The item was back-ordered so I contacted them via email to determine the status and they responded that the product would be available in August and would I still like to keep the order active? I responded yes but in September, and October and November I wrote again on the status of the item with no reponse. I then started calling them to receive a refund and to date have phoned three times and been assured that my refund will be processed the date of my call but so far nothing has been posted to my account. This is not a small item - the cart was $750 and the order has now been outstanding for over 8 months!!!!!

I ordered irons. Was shipped a used set. Terrible. Customer service promised refund twice, no refund. Their policy said that they will return day after getting product back at their door. After becoming very mad, yelling, I got my credit.
Be aware, they charge your credit card right away, even if the product is not in stock. |

It has been 15 days since my order was placed with no more than the initial email for the order as communication. No one answering the phone. 3 emails no response. Free 2nd day air?
Right.....I'll be lucky if I ever get it. If you could avoid this retailer, I would. I ordered a 36" Nickent pipe 2. This was one of the only places that carried this particular item. There are four emails on the website to contact. Seems to me a case of the stated ideals not nearly matching up with the actual performance. Lofty statements on the site expressing high ideals are surely not reflected this direction. |

Golfio is awesome to work with. The delays they experience in delivering product, and those are very, very few I might add -- are the fault of equipment manufacturers, not Golfio itself. Many times the items we purchase are not "in stock" at the Gofio facility and they place the order with the manufacturer. You can't get the equipment any quicker from anyone else because Golfio, as all golf equipment retailers, are at the mercy of the manufacturers to deliver. Backorder situations and production delays are not the fault of the retailer. TGW and Edwin Watts have the same battle to fight. I must say, the customer service at Golfio is FAR superior to that of other online retailers.

When I ordered my Cleveland CG11 Wedges I knew they were hard to find, even Cleveland didn't have any more left handed. I ordered the wedges from Golfio and expected a 3 week wait. After one week, my credit card was charged, and 4 days later my clubs arrived.
Golfio looks like a resource, not a bricks and mortar store. It looks like Golfio finds the item, charges you to pay for them from Golfio's supplier, and then receives the items and ships them on to you. Patience is good, and is rewarded. The wedges are exactly what I was looking for, and I got them sooner than I thought I would. I would postively order from Golfio again. |

I ordered golf club set and received confirmation e-mail that order had been shipped, with UPS tracking number. UPS tracking number was for wrong order. I e-mailed Golfio's customer service about the error and received no response. When order did not arrive on time, I called Golfio customer service. First respondent said he would e-mail me what happened to clubs, but did not. I called again and received word that the clubs were never shipped and would be shipped 2nd day air. They did arrive 3 business days after my phone call in good condition.

the wrong item was shipped and this was a birthday gift it took 2 emails to get a response and the item ended up being 1 1/2 weeks after his birthday. I would say that this was an experience that i was not happy about i purchase alot on line and never have had problems before price was a factor as to why i used this sight and the availability of the item that i wanted (great quality items and brand names) however the delay was not a good experience.
