Other than my order being delayed because all of my products were not in at the same time (several times in a row), I was pleased with their service. When I called because two of my items missed being packed in with my order, I received personal service from the first time the phone was picked up. The employee took my order down the hall right away and within 1 business day I had the rest of my order. Thanks a bunch! Now my boys are excited about drinking their water out of their cool new bottles! :-)

I think their shipping takes to long. I received an email that my product was shipped on 5/20/08 via FedEx and I still haven't received it. Even being shipped ground, I believe I should have received my order by now.

I've shopped from them before and never had any problems- the items I ordered were on backorder, so I'm still waiting. But they were up front at telling me it would be a month before my products shipped. Cheapest price I've found for stainless steel water bottles, and I'm not in a hurry to get them.
