False Return policy EXTREME bad instore Sales Useless customer service

I have bought from guess.com and the guess store for a long time.
An incident happened about 3 years ago where I had purchased leather jackets and other clothing from the guess.com. Return policy is that I can return them at the store.
However when I tried returning the items back to the store..
My first attempt was the South street seaport lotion. The sales said I can only return a few items because the items that they do not carry in the store I can not return it there. I must return back to the guess.com. But I don't want to spend my own shipping money to return leather items, they are heavy. And the policy never said that. I had to pay for the shipping when I bought the items as well.

So alright then, so I took the subway to the Broadway guess store and try to return the items. The sales said I can not return them at all!!! Because I was returning about $1000 worth of items. Which the leather jackets were not on sale and was very expensive. Almost a good $400 and I bough more than one. I though I can buy it and if i don't like it,returning it to the store was no hassle. I guess I was wrong. Once I received the item the very next day I returned them. It was not like I wore them or they were dirty or anything of that kind.

The sales did not give me any reason only that I was returning to much. Which does not make any since. I told them policy said that I can return to ANY guess store. They told me other wise. So I didn't wanted to leave until I get my items returned, then they had the security guard take me out of the store because I was holding up the line. The left the store crying. Because they had to kick me out and did not want to help me with a return. Maybe the sales just did not know how to make a return the other shopped at least said that I can return only items they carried in the store.

I was SHOCKED out of my mind that something can happen like this. In all my years of shopping online and off I never had such a bad experience with the so called easy in store return. I went home called Guess. Crying. They didn't care.
They just told me to return them back to guess.com. I was like then why make such a instore policy return when it is not true. I was speechless after and never ever shopped at guess.com again.

Buying online was easy trying to get your money back was hard and I had to spend extra money to send the items back.
All that stress!! I bought with a credit card and the credit was issued back after I returned the items.
Til this very day I still think that the sales in the stores need to be more aware of the guess.com and guess store policy. They also need to be more friendly as to I was yelled at and forced to leave the Broadway Guess store.
Guess headquarters customer service didn't to anything to help me either.
