CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!

Usually I find half.com an easy place to buy and sell my books when I'm not having issues. This time, a customer had just moved to a different city in the same state, so he used his old city and zip with his new street address. A week later he's wondering about the package. I track it and find it's sending it back to me. I contact half.com through email because that's the only method they provide to contact them. I waited a few days, no response. I called the parent company, eBay, and they said they are closed on the weekend but gave me their 1-800 number. Monday came along and I had an email response, giving me a case number and wanting the transaction number and the other information. I responded back the same day. The next day I got a response from a Customer Rep that said I should reply to that email once I received the package in my possession and they will arrange to have me reimbursed to ship it out again. It came the beginning of the next week. I replied to tell them this. I forgot that there was an additional question I had to ask so I replied to that same email. I waited until the end of the week and still no response. I emailed from the help page AGAIN, giving my transaction number and telling them I had not received a response and my customer is waiting. The next week I decided that I would just send it regardless to my customer, even though it was the customer's mistake. The customer said, please wait because I am still waiting for a response from Customer service. SO I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE WAITING!!! Today would make it two weeks and I have no response from them. I had lost the 1-800 number I was given just after New Year. This whole mess started BEFORE NEW YEAR!! I emailed them and told them I am reporting them to the BBB and I will be giving the BBB all the emails, timeline, and customer service reps that I spoke with. I am very upset with them and I do not intend to add anymore textbooks on their site until MY CUSTOMER receives a formal apology for their incompetence.
