They did a TERRIBLE job with my order. They definitely could not handle the Christmas crunch. Even though I placed an order on December 5, I still did not get all of the items before Christmas. I even called them 2 times before Christmas to make sure my items were shipped. The representative told me that indeed all my items were shipped but when I got the box 2 days before Christmas, three toys were missing!!! When I called and asked about the missing items, they did not even know that those items had not been sent to me. The representative said he would reorder the 3 items again. I waited 3 weeks and the items never showed up. When I called them back on January 15, it turns out that the items are now out of stock and I was issued a credit. I never got any notification that I would NOT be receiving the items. I spent time choosing some toys my son would really like and was even willing to wait until after Christmas to give it to him and now, they cannot send them at all! Plus, the supervisor I spoke with on the phone was dead-pan and not even slightly apologetic. I frequently do my shopping from catalogs and on the web and this ranks as the WORST experience. Not getting the toys you wanted for your kids for Christmas is awful and I will never count on them again. Unless you are ordering way ahead of time, do not order from here. They really let me down.
