My daughter rec'd a lovely birthday gift from Hearth Song last year. I had check their web site and since we had many gifts to purchase, placed an order. The order was for well over $100 and a $15 shipping charge. Right now I am very angry and frustrated with their deceptive tactics and want to share them with others who may even my looking at this on line store. I only wish that I had taken the time to look at Epinions before I placed this recent order!

Among the items I ordered were 4 sale items that were listed as "available". I found them pictured on the web site I had located them using the "search" tool they with shown with something else and assumed it was all a set. I only rec'd part of the photo. Their customer service dept. said that the item I wanted was no longer available. Yet when I went on their web site it right after the call... there it was and it said "available" to order. I hope to warn other potential customers about their false business practices.

All I wanted was a credit to send the unwanted items back, instead I sent the entire order back. It probably would have cost them about $5 to make me happy. I will never order from HearthSong again! No order accuracy and no customer service and no satisfaction and false advertising!
