After e-mailing me to tell me an itemI had purchaes was no longer availalbe, I contacted the merchant (HerRoom) to cancel another part of my order since I wanted matching items. the e-mail I sent was acknowledged by HerRoom. When my order arrived today, the item I had cancelled was still included in the shipment. Also, additional items I had arodered via the same e-mail were not included. Hopefully this can be resolved by telephone.

Herroom is one of the best stores online. Their product information is extremely detailed and the customer reviews are also very helpful. I took advantage of a sale during which they accepted returns (normally, sale items are not returnable) and am very pleased with my purchases. I would not hesitate to shop there in the future.

I was very dissatisfied with HerRoom. I ordered a strapless bra on April 9th and never received it. I emailed their customer service department and they could not give me any information regarding my order. I finally had to cancel my order, most places do not charge your card until the product has been shipped, but they charged mine on the day I ordered so now I have to wait for a refund. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from this site again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Because my order was over $200, HerRoom would not ship the order without a signature of receipt from the shipper. I work and am not able to stay home to wait for the shipper to deliver the product. I tried to make other arrangements with HerRoom to ship the product but their only option was to ship to another address which I don't have. It's bras and panties for goodness sakes. One bra cost $110 and the other cost $100. I canceled the order. I think a $200 limit which requires a signature for delivery is nuts. I've been pleased with my orders in the past but will not order from them again because I can't be home to sign for the package.

I received the product that I ordered that was in-stock in a timely manner. I am still waiting for the bra that I ordered that was not in stock to get shipped. My shopping experience with HerRoom was good, however I wish they would send me updates on when the out-of-stock product will be restocked and shipped. THe only information I received was that "This item is backordered. More stock expected any day" which I think is vague.

I'm sad to say that this was an expensive disaster. Ordering stapless bras online is a chancy venture at best, but the ones that arrived were beautiful and I was sad that neither one fit even remotely well.
Per their instructions, I returned them immediately, and used USPS delivery confirmation. When I checked the post office website a few days later, it confirmed the package had arrived back at the store. Here is where I made my mistake:I didn't save that tracking paperwork. Because now Her Room is denying that these ever arrived at the store, and I am now out a hundred dollars because I can't prove that they did in fact arrive back there. I can understand their policy - but they have been totally uninterested in helping me sort it out or even considering that the bras have been incorrectly processed by the returns department. Very much, "Oh well, too bad for you." I'll never shop with them again because of that. |

Luckily, I had found a different style that did arrive so I cancelled the b/o'd items. Several items that I would have loved to have purchased are no longer available. Why do these companies keep doing this? It's so annoying...............
