Their credit card policy sucks! Even though I have made numerous purchases from them, they continually hassle me about shipping to an address other than my home address even though my credit card has been cleared to ship to this other address. Their on line order form could also have a box for comments, such as " Credit card cleared to ship to this address". Your survey Questions could also have numbers on them so I could refer to them in the comments if maybe was my answer instead of yes or no

All I oredered were two packages of tennis strings; one for a tennis racquet, the other for a racquetball racquet. I could not find a listing for racquetball racquet strings nor any reference of where to order them in the racquetball section of the vendor's web site, so I opted to use tennis racquet strings.
