When I placed the order it said 7-10 days for delivery. It is now weeks later and order never shipped. Called company and customer service rep LIED and said he would have the tracking info emailed to me. Got the email and it said the item hadn't even shipped yet and would not ship for about 2 more weeks. OK - exactly when was I supposed to me notified ??? If you promise 7-10 days delivery - then wouldn't common courtesy warrant an email ro phone call to say the item won't ship for awhile ??? NEVER EVER NEVER EVER SHOP FROM THIS MERCHANT .... Maybe someday I will receive the item I purchased. I can only hope.

They charged my credit card on April 15, the day of the order. The status then and ever since has been "will ship in 4 to 7 days". They have not responded to an email about this. The bottom line is that they secured my order through a false representation. They cannot be trusted.

The only "improvement" i would like is that the slides were sold individually, instead of by the pair. Maybe if they were sold by the pair, there could/would be a discount for less handling required. My order actually came about a week ahead of when they had quoted, so that was a big plus.

I order nearly $300 worth of handles on December 24, 2007, and had my VISA card charged immediately for the amount. Received an automated reply confirming the order, and a follow-up automated email indicating that the items would arrive in 2-3 weeks. It is now 7 weeks since the order was placed, and still no items. I've called the toll-free number 5 times, left messages twice, only once did someone answer the phone. The man sounded like he was on his deathbed. Told me that "the winter storm" was delaying deliveries. I've sent 2 emails, but both have bounced. I would definitely NOT shop here again.

It is very hard to reach someone at customer service. I tried both by phone and email. By phone, I left several voice mail messages which have not been returned and by email, I did not receive satisfactory or timely replies. I am still trying to return my order and I have to ship it to various vendors rather than one location.

I'm not sure if this is a real business or some kind of scam. I ordered approximately $550 worth of door hinges over a month ago and paid for expedited shipping. I immediately received an autoreply confirming my order, but nothing after that. After a week I tried calling and emailing. I received no response to my emails and the customer service line is just a recording telling you to leave a voice mail - I did but received no reponse. After two weeks, I sent an email indicating I was going to report the business as a scam if I didn't receive some kind of response. A few days later, I managed to get through to them by calling the "sales" line instead of customer service. A very sickly sounding man answered the phone and said that my items were backordered and that the manufacturer had been closed for inventory over the holidays. No explanation for the lack of communication. Since then I've received several identical emails providing a web link to track my order. The information on the web link never changes - it always says my order will be shipped in 1-2 weeks. I have spoken once more to the sickly sounding man, but haven't gotten any useful information. Yesterday I tried calling, and now you just get a recording on the "sales" line too. Needless to say I still haven't received my door hinges. Today I intend to call the manufacturer and to contact shopping.com in an effort to confirm whether this is a legitimate business.
