Hutshop is NOT customer-friendly

There's filling an order and then there's taking care of the customer, and my experience so far with Hutshop demonstrates to me that they have no interest whatsoever in taking care of me as a customer. Based on my dealings with them, I almost feel like I am the enemy. I ordered 2 canopies for a graduation party this weekend. After placing the order, I started getting concerned about whether they would arrive on time. So I called their CS number to see what they could tell me. It was like talking to a brick wall. A recording would have been warmer. All I could get was stock answers such as "Sir, it will ship in 5-7 days," and "The warehouse will update the order status after the order has shipped." No hint whatsoever that they had an interest in actually helping me in any way. When I asked why 5-7 days for "processing," a woman named Brenda actually said, "Sir, that's none of your business." I have given up hope of getting my canopies in time for the party. Oh, and cancelling the order gets you a complimentary 15% "restocking fee," despite the fact that I had placed the order only hours before, and by their own admission the items would not ship for over a week. Now I'm just hoping I get the correct items in good condition. Hutshop? Never again.
