Very easy to order, to track and received in very quick time! Product was in great condition, easy to use and was very glad that I'd taken the time to order the tent as it made a big difference to our booth on event day!

The EZ Up canopy was extremely poor quality and self-destructed when opened for the first time. Several components were bent and broken and the canopy could not be fully erected.
When I contacted Hutshop for assistance, I was directed to the manufacturer.

I tracked the order and for over a week it was in "processing." I finally called to find out that the manufacturer was no longer shipping this item. Why didn't the company let me know so I could make other arrangements. Person on phone was nice - they just should have called.

The screening was not the quality I expected. The descreption said commercial quality and the screening was not commercial quality. I sent it back to the company. The company waived the restocking fee but I still lost money because I had to pay return shipping. I was very dissapointed.

The tent stakes, ropes and bag were missing from the box. I called Hutshop but the line was busy and the recording asked the caller (me) to leave a message, which I did and explained the problem. I asked for a confirmation call, but I have never heard from them, and I am still missing the parts.

We are very upset about receiving two 10X20 event canopies that were damaged. This product is a heavy-duty steel frame canopy and the telescoping legs on both canopies were bent so badly that they could not be used. If it were not damaged we would love it, it would be perfect for our events. We now believe that all the canopies must have been damaged and that is why HutShop is selling them.

The order came in 3 days, excellent. When I put the canopy up the one leg was not drilled properly and the hole will not hold unless you play with it. Granted, there are other holes up further so it is still usable. I wrote immediately and they never responded. When I used the canopy I also noticed that the easy toggle clips are really not near as nice as o rings, they slip out and do not hold. I am still considereing sending it back. Thanks for asking!

First of all, I ordered a canopy that required ONE person to set up, because I need to set this up myself. I received one that takes TWO people. The canopy's box was torn up and open on one end and I'm still hoping nothing important fell out during shipping. I can't use it because it's too difficult for me to set up. When I called they didn't offer to do anything about it. I can't carry it to the post office to return anyway. AND...I found one online, new, the exact same product, for half the price. So no matter how I look at it, I was taken for a ride on this one. No, not happy with them at all! And would not buy from again.

My answers above are based on the following: when I first ordered online I requested confirmation that my order would be delivered by a certain date or I did not want it. I received no reponse and no tracking information was ever posted under "Order Status" I finally called a full week later and talked to a customer service rep. She was extraordinarily helpful - got what I wanted ordered and delivered to me in the time I needed it.
The overall experience was good because I got what I wanted when I needed to get it. The disappointing part is that there was no response to my online order until I followed up with a phone call.
