The experience was teriffic. I had two very negative experiences on e-bay trying to purchase this perfume for my mother. I had all but given up, until I found your site, and discovered that you shipped to Canada. Everything was pleasant and easy. The only downside was the outrageous customs fees I had to pay when UPS delivered the perfume. I would definitely recommend dealing with you again. Thank You.

First I all I was surprised that this company had the cologne I was looking for- it seems only one store carries it and they were out of it. Looked all over and finally decided to try the internet- and to much to my surprise I was able to locate it at this web site. I ordered it and it was delivered on time- I would use this site again.

I requested 3 items. Unfortunately one of the items I requested was not shipped, but a duplicate of another item was shipped. My first reaction was one of distress. My initial thought was that it was going to take a great deal of patience and persistence to correct the problem. Luckily, this was not the case. A quick phone call to the merchant (available even after normal business hours) resolved the issue to my satifaction immediately. Mistakes can happen. A good merchant knows how to regain the trust and approval of the customer. I would gladly order from Perfumery.com again. They have proven their reliability to me - and they have great prices!

Company did not advise that Canadian Brokerage fees would cost 1.5 times the total cost of product. The perfume recieved is colored alcohol ! No way to contact customer service.

I received an email after I placed my order telling me when to expect my order. I got my order on time and I got a free perfume sample, as I always do! Nice and easy shopping, ordered item arrived very quickly despite the pre-holiday season. The ordered item was well packed, the box was in excellent shape, also received a sample of another perfume which was nice. The price was very competitive, I looked at several web sites and Imagination Perfumery's prices were very good. There were very few sites that offered the item I've ordered a bit cheaper but these sites also looked shady and were lacking contact information etc. I definitely recommend using Imagination Perfumery.com, great deal and service!
