the store was acceptable. did not like the tracking info. when tracking the package, it showed that it stayed in california for five days ,or better. it then "jumped to the door step" through the miracle of tracking and showed up as delivered. how it lept from california to georgia just like that is nothing short of miraculous. it did get deleivered on the expected date of delivery. maybe i am being too picky. i learned a lesson and i think that the store has fair shipping charges considering. i will buy from them, again. yessiree.

When I ordered I did not wish to pay for faster delivery, but I did not realize that ground service would take more than a week. I had not realized it was coming from California; I'm in Florida, So for that reason I would not order there again.

This is by far the WORST company I've ever done business with. Every order I've placed has had a problem with it. They're always out of stock so your order just sits there until you call to ask why it hasn't been shipped. When you do call or use their online customer service chat they say an item was out of stock and they'll remove it and your order will be shipped today. They offer 5% off to compensate for their lack of customer service, it's not enough. What makes this the worst company is that they don't care. They say sorry for your order not being shipped but they do nothing. Currently I'm still waiting for an order I placed in October, it's November 12th and it hasn't been shipped yet. Three people have told me so far that my order will be shipped that day but nothing. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

They sent us the wrong ink cartridge. We ordered one black & one color, they sent us two black instead. We had to take the time to call to arrange the order to be corrected. Customer Service person was very nice however and did not give us any grief. We also ordered a toner cartridge and when we installed it, the shrill noise which came from it was so loud that we all had to leave the room and close the door. We then had to take the time AGAIN to call to exchange a second item. Customer Service person again however was very nice and did not give us any grief about the second exchange. We will try this vendor ONE more time.

the merchant did not have the battery I wanted and canceled that order. the printer ink was not shipped until after it was determined that the battery was not avaiable - it too almost 2 weeks to get the ink. after i found out that i could not get the battery from them, I ordered it from another retailer. I got that battery before I received the printer ink.

I liked the prices of the refurbished ink but I didn't know that meant that they wouldn't work when I recieved them. I had to fill up my black cartridge with ink for it to be readable. And the colored ink prints, but lightly. If I do order from them again I will buy the HP cartridges and not the refurbished.

It was quick, painless and no hassle of endless forms. I will use them in the future for ink purchases as their prices are competetive and save me the time from running around to different stores. Saves me gas too, and the shipping prices are cheaper than driving to 2 or 3 stores to find the best price. Excellent service!

I received two remanufacterd cartridges and they didnot work in my dell#model A940 printer/fax machine. the color catridge reading was recorded as empty. I tried to reorder bran new cartridges so i wouldnot have anymore trouble without any results. I am angry. I have work to print and send out. This is my short happy experience and review of shopping at your inkjet store. I may have a faulty printer but i dont think so. so i wont get real angry with you untile I find out

Horrible store. I have 2 printers. 3 of the Lexmark cartridges I ordered were absolutely dry and did NOT work at all. A very expensive Samsung ML2010 also did not work. I got absolutely no response to emails about their so-called Money Back guarantee.

My time is worth something. But at Office Depot I at least know I'm dealing with a real company that will back whatever it sells.

Would NEVER shop at Inkjet Superstore again and have warned all my friends about my experiences!

It took three days after the order was placed to get the order shipped out. I remembered seeing that most orders ship out in 24 hrs. I was not in need to get the product immediatedly, but would have probably looked elsewhere had I known it would take so long to ship. UPS took longer than usual to deliver the package. They supposedly made to "attempts" to deliver before finally dropping the package off on a Saturday (shows they know they screwed up since ground packages don't get delivered on Saturdays). I would just make an effort to get shipments out quicker, or let the consumer know its going to be a while. Overall not a bad experience and I dd get what I ordered. Thank you.
