This company is the worst!!! Placed order on 11/26/05. No mention that they were out of stock. On 11/28 received email stating they were out of stock on gouches. I called the 1800 number listed, sent to voicemail (THEY HAVE NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!). Left message stating that I needed the item by Christmas, please call and let me know if it would be back in stock and arrive, as I would have to make other arrangements. On ll/29 received voicemail from Michele stating that the order would be in within the week and I would receive before Christmas. No other contact, either by phone or email. On 12/18 called, left message (What reputable company deals with customers ONLY through voice mail?)asking about status. You can NEVER talk directly to a customer service rep, they immediately drop you to a simple voice mailbox. They contact you at THEIR convenience. On 20th received voice mail from Michele stating that they were having the warehouse ship it that day, but I would have to pay for extra shipping if I wanted it by Christmas. I called back (dropped directly into voice mail,left another message) and stated that I wanted to talk to someone, this was not acceptable. She called back and said that I would have to pay an extra $7.50 shipping for 2-day. This is THEIR fault for not sending an email to let me know they would not deliver as promised, but I am supposed to pay. Michele said it was not their responsibility to let the customer know that they were not going to deliver, the customer should just keep calling. BULL. Buyers beware!!!
