My husband and I have been loyal customers of Jewelry Television for a year and have been very satisfied with all our purchases. The Tanzanite jewelry he bought for me is my favorite and most valuable so far. We had the Tanzanite rings, earrings, and pendant inspected by 4 local jewelers from different big named jewelery stores. We were thrilled to find out that the jewelry is worth far more than we paid. To purchase the same or similar items in the local stores would cost thousands of dollars more than we paid! There have been too many purchases to list them all in which the worth of the item was far higher than the price paid.

Another favorite item is a strand of pearls. They are far more beautiful than I even expected them to be! Other pearl strands I have bought from other companies were disappointing. Pearls listed as round were anything but from other companies but the ones I received from Jtv are completely round and uniform in size, color, and luster. I bought them during a very big sale Jtv was having and ended up paying around $90 with shipping. When I took the strand in to local jewelers they were blown away by how incredible they were. None of the big named jewelery stores I went to could come close to quality of my pearls and the size was even harder to come by. The appraisal on the pearl strand is just over $1000! My husband and I were shocked that they were worth that much more than what we paid for them.

We have purchased many loose gemstones and some of the gemstone parcels, we have been just as thrilled. The smallest parcel we bought was a 20 ctw gem parcel. In that parcel we found 2 Columbian Emeralds that are worth over $1000 each, we paid around $30 for the parcel! We have found many valuable gemstones including Diamonds, Tsavorite Garnet, Spessartite Garnet, Hessonite Garnet, Chrome Diopside, Tanzanite, Red Spinel, Pink Sapphire, Purple Sapphire, Yellow Sapphire, Labordarite, Andesine, Alexandrite (my birthstone), Unheated Aquamarine (hubby's birthstone), Pariaba Tourmaline, Rubelite Tourmaline, Burma Rubies, Columbian Emeralds, Ceylon Sapphires, Black Star Sapphires, Star Rubies, Star Sapphires, Cat's Eye Chrysoberyl, Blue Zircon, White Zircon, Yellow Sapphire, Morganite, Kunzite, and many more!

The customer service is great and efficient making the experience even better. Any question that you ask will be answered if not by the operator then by one of the hosts. The company stands behind the items they sell and will quickly refund your money if you find you are not pleased with the item you purchased. We have made 2 returns to Jtv neither were because of poor quality items or being unsatisfied with the item bought. One was returned after my husband found another one that he liked more. The other was going to be returned because the package had been trampled on at the post office. It even had big shoe prints on it and some of the gems inside were ruined because of this. When my husband called Jtv to tell them what happened to the parcel they told him to keep the one we received and they sent off a new one the next morning. They even sent it off through a different carrier to make sure it would reach us safely! We have never dealt with another company that went this far above and beyond the way Jtv has.
