Other than their mesmerizing onscreen sales talent - everything they do is a nightmare.

JTV is simply horrid. Very sleazy in that they have oh-so-charming hosts that want you, more than anything in their lives, to be happy, happy, happy..gauranteed satfisfaction and then once they get that order - you could drop dead for all they care. I ordered a black diamond buckle ring off the website, and then ordered some other things which came right away (a pair of tahitian pearls that were mismatched and had flaws all over them) meanwhile I waited for the ring. The other items came in - all poor quality or broken, one had obviously been returned before. Finally, I called to inquire about the ring and was blithely told that the order had been cancelled. No email, no letter, nothing. No explanation from this customer service rep - he was clueless. Then I see the item again on the website and order again. Wait again, get an email that it has been shipped, order number on it and a picture of the item. Wait and wait. Get a letter today saying sorry they can't send the item. No explanation as to WHY or if they can order another; no reason is offered, just SORRY. I just now called customer service. Girl named Sam had big snotty attitude, said that it probably was defective and they can't send something out that is defective. Probably? She's guessing? How about checking on it? What is this? I told her I just sent back all the other things I recently ordered. (Which I had) and she said that was my perrogative. Sweet, huh? I was dumbfounded. After prodding her, she finally reveals that there is another item like it only in blue diamonds, I don't want that. and then tells me FINALLY that there is another exactly with black diamonds, but five dollars more. Why didn't she tell me this to begin with? why did I have to play 20 questions to get that information? She explained not offering the similar item right away because IT WAS A DIFFERENT ITEM NUMBER therefore not the item I was wanting. Then she says it's just like the one that was cancelled except for one little thing. The prongs were no longer black rhodium(a much better look) but white gold - a crappier look. So it was clear that they had discontinued my item sometime after I ordered it for a cheaper uglier item and instead of telling me by letter or email, just cancelling with no other option or courtesy offered. What really burned me up was that I had to drag all of this out of her when a decent customer service person would have been able to 1)care 2)not make up a reason or a guess for the blunder 3)inform me right away that there was an alternative choice that might work. Like I said - once they get your order and credit card number you could take a flying.......
