Great price, good website and the right product - I have happy feet. The shipping trace showed the shoes going from Montana to Chicago to Seattle to 10 miles from my front door to Salt Lake City to Boise back to Seattle and finally to my front door. This extended tour only delayed the arrival date by 2 days after the estimated date, but pretty weird.

Absolutely stellar! I received an e-mail confirmation of my order, then another e-mail stating that there was a problem with my credit card. I called and received prompt, cheerful attention by a representative who was enthusiastic about helping me. It turns out the problem was that a "one-time use" secure credit card number was submitted twice at two different points in the process and the credit card company denied the second submission (my credit card company told me this). I provided a second secure credit card number to the merchant and it went through and I received my shoes within two days. Even with the problem I encountered, I received my merchandise promptly...and for a nominal shipping charge.

Bought a pair of shoes only to find out they were back ordered. Then several weeks later I was emailed and was told they were not available anymore. To their credit, it was an older shoe model but they should not have had it on their web site as available.

The service was fine. However, I never saw anything about the possibility of a rebate. Should I have? The reason I would probably not shop with this merchant again is because the shoes I received were WAY overpriced, both originally and the Joe's price, for the quality. I'm accustomed to New Balance offering great shoes, but these certainly weren't. Maybe New Balance has changed. Perhaps if the merchant's description had provided more information, I would have had lower expectations. All I know is that the price was way too high for the product I received.
