I especially enjoyed the free overnight shipping, which facilitated my decision to finalize the order. I've been reluctant to order items online in the past, but was assured by a close friend that Jomashop.com was a secure and reliable internet website. The item was priced right and proved to be a big hit by the recipient, in this case my wife. I was concerned about the shipping time since I was planning to be away the day after the package needed to arrive. I was both relieved and impressed when I was reassured by my customer service representative not to worry, which was borne out when the package came early the next day. I purchased a woman's Nike watch at a great price.  It was delivered in no time.  The only exception I have is that they kept sending me the same email about my tracking number and shipping date numerous times, even after it had been delivered!  The watch is a gift, but it looks good in the box.  Hopefully I won't have to return it.  But so far their service has been excellent.

I was very pleased with the product.  I placed the order on-line and was sent an e-mail when the product shipped a day or so later.  It arrived promptly in excellent condition, in original packaging.  It's a beautiful watch.  This was our second purchase from Jomashop as my husband purchased my Movado watch as well.  It's run perfectly for the 2 years I've owned it.  I would buy from them again!

This is the second watch that I have bought from Jomashop. My first experience was when I bought a Cartier watch for my son, I had never bought an expensive item on line. Absolutely dumbfounded by the delivery speed --- I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday!!!!  It was exactly what I expected a magnificent Movado---genuine, brand new in the watch box within the Movado box---very beautiful!  My Financee is still reeling with delight!  Jomashop will definitely be the ONLY place I ever purchase another watch!

I received my order 2 days after I placed it....I ordered it on Mon morning and received it on Wed....that's extremely fast!!!  Great price and my item was 100% Authentic.  I ordered a Movado watch and I'm very happy with my purchase from Jomashop.  I would recommend them to anyone.  I placed my order online and I didn't need to talk to customer service so I can't comment on them, but overall I am pleased with this online store.

The WORST of the WORST experience I have ever had with an online purchase. I was lied to and ripped off. I bought the watch in May sent it back in June. They did not ever contact me and when I contacted them on several ocassion I was blown off. The return has not been made good to this day. DO NOT do business with these losers. Their return Person calls himself Joe Rich and is not nice. His name is Joe. If you buy from them Good Luck you have been warned.

I tried to buy a watch from them 2 months and a week ago. I ordered it but I never got it and called them several times getting the same answer: not in stock, has to reorder again, next mon-tue-wen-thu-fri will be sent to me. But nothing happened, no replay for letters, no explanation!
It turns out they don't keep inventory in stock but rather they resell others' watches. But they show that they have it it stock in their website.

Because I couldn't have paid with paypal (disabled from Hungary...why?) so I did the wire transfer.
Can I ever get my money back?

the product was in perfect condition and was exactly as described.
i bought the watch for my wife (i know nothing about the watch) and she is very pleased.

the only problem was that i paid for next day shipping and it was delayed a day (because of fed ex - NOT jomashop fault).

i asked if jomashop would file a service failure and refund the extra money i paid for next day shipping and i still have not heard back.

The website looks great, prices look great, payment processing and shipping are incredibly fast. The only bad thing about it is that you end up with a watch that was tossed out from the manufacturer's quality control process or a watch that is refurbished. I ended up with a watch with deep scratches in the case and only time will tell what other defect.

I ordered my watch on Monday and it arrived exactly a week later! And I live in AZ while the watch was shipped from the East Coast. I also really liked that I got the watch at half price :) It was just like in the picture and came in a nice gift box. I can't wait to give this gift to my fiance on our wedding day.
