The KBtoys.com on line store is a great place to do your Christmas shopping. They have hard to find popular toys. When the store here is sold out of some thing that we are looking for I can usually find it right on the site instead. I have been a shopper there for about 5 years or so now. I have had nothing but good experiences on their site. So far I have to say that I do not have a single complaint in regards to the KBtoys.com on line store.

What KBtoys.com sells:

KBtoys.com sells a large variety of toys that would suit a girl or a boy of any age. Adults do not be discouraged! They also have games for all the major gaming systems and electronics as well. On the KBtoys.com web site you can find toys such as Barbie, Ninja Turtles, Transformers, My Little Pony, Bratz, Fur real friends, E-Pets, Puppy In My Pocket, board games and so many more items. Like I said the variety is very large. Larger then most on line toy stores. Although Toys R Us has a larger selection of toys they still can't compare to KBtoys when it comes to prices and quality service.

The prices:

You will find some really great deals on the KBtoys.com web site. They have a clearance and sale section and plenty of price mark downs. The prices on the regular priced items are cheaper then most stores as well. I found an item on ToysRUs.com and it was $3.00 cheaper for that same item right there on the KBtoys.com web site. Maybe $3.00 doesn't seem like much but it makes a big difference when all of your items are that much cheaper give or take a buck or two.

The shipping:

The shipping prices are average. No more then I pay most other sites. I use priority shipping which is the second cheapest shipping. It costs just a few dollars more then standard shipping does but it means that my order comes days faster then if I chose the standard. You can also get priority or express if you want to. They will cost more money though.

As far as the shipping of my orders go. I have never had an issue. All of the order that I have placed with the KBtoys.com web site have been flawless to say the least. I always get my packages with in days of placing my orders. I like how the items are packaged tightly so they do not shift or break through the shipping period. The items have always been the right item, in the right color and style if that was the case at the time. I never had any issues at all with the shipping. I like the way they handle the items.

Payment options:

I pay using a credit card most times. I use American Express on the site. They also take Discover, Visa and Master Card. If you do not have those cards and still want to order you can. You can also use an e-check, Paypal, or even bill me later. Bill me later does require you to pass a credit check though.

Ease of ordering for the KBtoys.com web site:

It is really quick and easy to shop at the KBtoys.com web site. All you have to do is find the items that you want. Put them in your cart and head off to the check out page. Double check your cart to make sure you have the right items and quantity of each item that you want. Then check out. They will ask you for your billing, payment and shipping information.

Then you will choose a shipping method and check off weather or not you want to gift wrap anything. I know it costs extra to get gift wrapping but I have never done it so I am not very sure how much that goes for. But I would imagine that it isn't that much since every thing else on this site is very well priced.

What I have ordered from the KBtoys.com web site:

I have ordered a few Furreal friends, the duck, pig and parrot ones. I have ordered a few baby toys and rattles. Then some storage bins, a few Barbies, tons of Bratz over the years, some games for my nephew for his PS2. I have gotten gifts for other kids in our family as well as for friends children. You can buy great gifts there for kids of any age.

My thoughts and recommendations:

The KBtoys.com web site does have a good variety and great prices. I like the fact that you can view by pictures of the items before you choose to purchase them. I also like that you can enlarge those pictures to show you better details. The site describes all of the items that they sell along with battery requirements, age standards, safety and more. They cater to the needs of the customers and that is what makes them a great store to shop at on line.

My items have always come on time. They were always packaged perfectly and handled well through the shipments like I said. I have liked and been happy with all of my purchases. They have given me some great clearance deals over the years. I really don't have anything but good things to say about the KBtoys.com web site. I have no complaints at all.
