Terrible Customer Service

Terrible experience ordered two items at Kohls.com with priority shipping, I paid $20.00 in shipping to have the items shipped over night. Only 1 item shipped I called customer service and after 10 mins of holding was told that I selected to ship 1 over night and 1 ground to the same address which cost more than shipping both over night. I asked if they could fix it so the other item would ship UPS as well and was told that nothing could be changed, and I can not cancel my order. Asked for a manager and was on hold 10 more mins then told that the manager was busy and would call me asked for the managers name and ext. and was told by the customer service rep that she didn't know the ext. and she would not give me a name. She finally did give me a name and when I called back they told me that person wasn't a manager and wasn't even there. Put on hold again then hung up on. Called again and talk to another person who told me that although the item was in the warehouse they couldn't change the shipping option. I was told that they would credit me half of the price of shipping and then I could place another order to be shipped overnight and when the first order comes in I could return it....Which isn't an option since I have had problems returning things to the stores before and would end with 2 of the same thing. The store has nice merchandise but the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
