Our home overfloweth with Lego products… so it is easy to understand that Lego.com is a frequently visited site. This online site is not limited to merchandise purchases, but we have successfully completed many. In fact it was via Lego Shop At Home that I purchased the Lego EXPLORE Dolls. Multiple purchases have been completed with success, and it is easy to state that I am a frequent shopper.

I adore the attention to detail that the customer service department offers. Communication is top-notch. You receive confirmation of order placement, shipment alert, back-order alerts, and back-order updates (via email and letter format). The Lego team never leaves you wondering what is happening with your order(s), and they truly strive to please. Honestly I have zero complaints with regard to this site.

The shipping charges are LOW! I have provided a precise chart below, but will let you know that this site offers excellent savings without coupon or code necessity. I was utterly shocked when the initial purchase sported a mere $2.95 shipment fee, and please note that purchases over $99. include free shipping!

I have ordered mass quantities of specialty items such as wheels and axles, doors and windows, trees, and bushes. In addition to specialty items, I have also purchased particular brick colors in mass. There are times when our dining table gives way to month long Lego construction, so we like to keep a mass stock of the essentials.
