Don't trust their "guarantee"!

I purchased a personalized birthstone sterling silver ring from this company.

The shipping was as expected. I received the ring and began to look at it closely. The two engraved names weren't the same font size, (Mike & Holly)...the Holly looked stretched out and off center. The "i" in Mike was barely visible.

I ordered a Garnet and Blue Topaz stones. The garnet appeared to be black, not red.

I decided it was not worth it at the time to take mail this back, and I decided to try it out for awhile. I work in an office and do very light typing. After a couple of weeks, I noticed peeling on the interior and exterior of the ring. The metal was peeling right off. Upon further inspection a chunk of the garnet stone was missing. Keep in mind I do no manual labor so the quality of the ring was very very poor.

Limoges offers a "guarantee" against peeling and they did give me my full $ back, but they didn't refund the initial shipping and the return shipping I had to pay, which I feel they should, as I purchased from them solely on the recommendation of fatwallet, and the fact that they have this guarantee. I felt no hesitation to purchase, as they guaranteed their product would be of good quality. Yet I have to go through the hassle of returning and I can't even get my money back for that.

I'm never shopping there again - don't expect quality.
