5/23/08 Limoges botched my custom graduation order. And, despite the fact that at time I orderd it 4/23 and the delivery date was 2-3 weeks, due to serious ordering system glitches on their end, the ring was never processed and fabricated. They just caught the problem in the past few days, which leaves me without a much anticapted gift for graduation.
I was informed by a customer service rep today, that hundreds of orders placed a month ago were also effected by their system problems. And, the ring will not be ready to ship until 5/28.
I asked that the ring be shipped overnight, of which I even offered to pay the $10.95 myself; despite the fact that this was due to errors on their end. The Limoges rep stated they wouldn't.
Due to the serious decline in customer service at Limoges, I can no longer recommend them. They have lost a good repeat customer, for I will be using other jewelers in the future. And, highly recommend others do the same when placing custom/personalized orders.
Why place an order with them when they can't deliver within a reasonable time frame, and then are indifferent when they screw up on their end?
