Overall, very good. I also wanted to order some Tom's toothpaste but deleted it from my order when I noticed that it would not ship for 5 days because I did not want to delay receiving the calcium.

I've been shopping at LuckyVitamin for almost a year now, and I've never had a problem either with ordering or receiving my orders. For items that were backordered, they were shipped promptly when received by the merchant. I buy almost all my vitamins and herbal supplements from Lucky on a regular basis and I'm quite pleased with their quality, service, and especially pricing.

I ordered a very important product for my health thinking that Lucky had it. I proceeded to order my other products from Lucky thinking that I would get it all in one order. I find out a couple days later that they don't have the product, it's in backorder and I may or may not receive it within 30 days. That feels very deceptive and manipulative to me. If you are a good company as you say you are, you take it off the site or list it as backordered as other companies do. Then I don't have to wait and I don't have to be stuck ordering only one product somewhere else. That system is not consumer friendly at all. It also makes me question whether I will order from lucky anymore. We will see.

Terrible experience.  Customer service is slow to respond.  Sent an incorrect order, then claimed that it was not their fault, and to charge the customer extra for return shipping.  More than one agent to handle one customer service request, means information is lost, and have to keep repeating the same thing.  Waste of time.  -5 stars for that.

Stay away from this company.

Shopping with established companies, like on Amazon, or VitaminShoppe, is much better.  Also found all items on VitaminLife.com, could also request items to them to stock.  Customer service quick to respond, and accurately and effectively.  Much better experience there for this type of order.
