I looked everywhere in Northern California, and couldn't find any jewelry boxes of any quality, this was a X-mas present for my wife of 19 years, and just looking wasn't good enough. The box I bought was an imported one with the piano finish and beautiful handpainted flowers on the top. This box is quality with a capital Q, I've had numerous friends comment on it's beauty, and until they find out what an imported 32 movement swiss music box costs they are impressed. I spent $504.00 for this item and I feel that it is well worth the money, and I am sure I'll be dealing with them again. Most of all I want to let everyone know that if you want quality then it costs. This box is absolutely perfect, the side boxes for jewelry are so tight and the top is like fine furniture, and this is the first time I've heard a 32 movement swiss music box and the sound is a much richer. I would recommend this to my Mom, so you know it must be good.
