receiving the order took longer than expected. As of a week and 3 days ago, I have not gotten the purchased item yet..I'll wait and see. I will comment and follow up with a phone call or other if the order doesn't show within the next two day's. I will not be extremely happy

I was backordered on one item. This item was also backordered from the manufacturer, which places it out of their control. However, the communication during the backoreder timefream they gave continuous updates.

i recieved an e-mail saying that the pieces of the p.a. that were in stock would be shipped shortly after I ordered the p.a. on 1-15-08. all they were waiting on were 2 cables. it is now feb. 4th and i havent recieved any correspondance or tracking info. just another e-mail saying that the microphones were also backordered now until feb. 14th. I have had to cancel shows because of these delays.its costing me money.over the last 10 years ive spent thousands of dollars with this merchant and have never had trouble until now I'm very dissapointed in this transaction, and may cancel the order i havent recieved any item,s yet

I ordered the product 10 days ago, they stated that it was in stock. I receive confermation that it wount ship until 2/25/2008. That means it will take them 35 days to fullfil my order. Thats unexceptable.
