If you can afford to take the chance of losing a few hundred pounds then by all means give this company a try.  You might be one of the lucky ones who have posted a positive review.  However, if like me, you can not afford to lose your money then stay well clear.

I am now out of pocket by a few hundred pounds and do not even have a suit to show for it.  I returned it for alterations because they made it ridiculously tight despite me providing them with very accurate measurements.  They were unable to make the necessary alterations because they had run out of available cloth.  Their solution was that I purchase a new suit from them.  I declined, believing I shouldn't have to purchase a whole new suit due to their mistake.

They have completely ignored my most recent email and I have not heard from them now for many weeks.  I believe they have absolutely no intention of resolving this matter and there isn't anything I can do about it because I can't afford a lawyer.

You may be one of the lucky ones whose suit is made well, but can you really afford to take the chance?  I deeply regret taking the chance myself as it has been the most costly, disappointing and frustrating shopping experiences of my life.

Take note of my mistake and shop elsewhere if you value quality and good customer service.
