I ordered a Liquid Propane gas grill. I was careful because it also came as a Natural Gas grill, and I do not have Natural Gas in my area.
Once I completed the order process, I expected to receive a confirmation email within a few minutes (as happens with every other online purchase I make). When that email did not arrive, I went online to review my order. But, when I navigated to the order it did not show me a list of what I had ordered, it advised me that I had to call customer service.
Regretfully, I did not make that call.
When the grill arrived it was a Natural Gas grill. I called Customer Service and they say (which I still can not independently verify) that I made the mistake and that I ordered the wrong grill. Their two options for me are to return the grill, at my expense of $271.00; or, sell it myself using craigs list.
I will not use this company again and advise that you should not either until they improve their order process to include a confirmation email and also allow you to review what you ordered on their online service.
Right now I am thinking very bad things abot Northline Express.
