The worst buying experience ever! First, the information for the laptop battery I purchased was inaccurate. The information said it was compatible for the laptop. When I received it, it obviously wasn't. It was the wrong shape and size to even fit the laptop. Initially when I called to have it replaced they said it was no problem and gave me an RMA number, and they said they'd send out the correct battery. A month later, no battery. I called customer service again. This time they said the battery was not in stock and they did not know when they would receive any in...but they'd send one out whenever they got them. I asked the lady to cancel the order. She said she could not cancel it because I had changed my mind. Yeah, I changed my mind, because they battery they sent was not compatible with the laptop. She argued with me and said the battery WAS compatible. I told her the battery physically did not fit into the laptop. She said she still could not cancel the order. Her supervisor was as equally uncooperative. He confirmed they did not have the battery I needed in stock, but yet could not cancel the order. I am having to take this to the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Bottom line, if you like having major headaches, then go ahead and do business with these people. Otherwise, you'd be better off doing business elsewhere.
