I was very pleased that I was able to purchase new tubing for my pump. The pump was 3 years old and the tubing was bad and I could not find it anywhere else, even through Medella. About two weeks after receiving the tubing, I made two online inquires about a new breatpump and I did not receive any return communication in regards to the product. I was diappointed. The product was from the fall line of pumps. I went to a local store and purchased a pump, which was not the one that I wanted. When I submitted my request, there was a screen that popped up and said I would hear something back via e-mail in a few days. When that did not happen, I submitted a new inquiry. I was disappointed; however, with the purchase of the tubing I was satisfied.

I found the fabric to be cheap and the product disappointing. I returned it immediately at my expense. Today I received an email saying that a blanket was being shipped to me. I requested a refund, not a shipment. Now I guess that I will have yet another blanket to return. I would never accept this inferior product or order one as a gift. A quality store shouldn't carry such cheap merchandise.
