I bought a 6000 page dell toner cartridge from Office Supply Outfitters last year. The purchase experience was great, no issues. After sending maybe 1500 pages through my printer, at normal quality, my ink starts streaking. I shake up the cartridge, clean off the metal strip like they told me to do and print maybe 10 pages and it starts happening again. I called them and they send me a replacement cartridge. I send back the defective cartridge not long after and 2 months later I have a bill for the defective cartridge even though the shipping company confirmed the delivery. Took another phone call to get them to dismiss the charges since they didn't record that they had received it. By the way, they are only open 8:30 - 2 pm and do not respond to emails at all. 2pm!!! So the new cartridge goes maybe 1700 pages and then it starts doing the same thing. This time I call and the lady I talked to will not send a replacement. Says 6 months is about the expected life of these cartridge. I tell her that it is lightly used and I am no where near 6000 pages, she won't budge and says she'll have her manager call me back. 2 weeks later, I have yet to receive a call. I ended up buying a new one. AVOID THIS RESELLER, I fear they may be selling normal cartridges in place of high capacity cartridges.
