When looking for a new cartridge for my printer, I found out about this store through PriceGrabber. Their prices were very good compared to Staples and other big guys, and the selection pretty standard. At first I was hesitant since they didn't have any ratings on PriceGrabber, but after unsuccessfully price matching Staples to them, I ordered a HP laser printer cartridge 92298X from them last week. The ordering process was very easy. The order was shipped and received in a timely manner, but boy was I in for a surprise!

The box of the cartridge itself was marked with "university of California", it was open and missing any packing material. The cartridge itself was clearly refilled: the two holes near the handle were opened and resealed, plus my printer says it has "low toner". Additionally, when I picked up the cartridge it made strange noises like something was stuck inside - sounded like caked up toner. The item was clearly marked as "new" on the website but seems clearly to be a bad refill.

I requested a refund but judging from other people here and their BBB report, I am not positive I will get it. Avoid them like the plague!
