Just like many other reviews here, customer service is horrible. I ordered 3 toner cartridges from them 2 weeks ago. They were supposed to be here within 3 days. After about 4 days, I called but their phones were down.
I tried again the next day and got in touch with someone who said that they would look into it and get in touch with "the warehouse"...never heard back.
I called again 3 days after that, got someone who looked into it and emailed me later saying that UPS lost the shipment, but a replacement would be sent that day and a tracking number would be supplied that afternoon.
Next day, no response. I call and get voicemail. I call again later and get someone who says they will look into it and get back to me...never hear back.
Next day again, I call. I am told this time that the warehouse has a delay, and they would not be shipped for another 3 days.
When I ask to cancel the order and have my card refunded, they say that will take 2 weeks to process because they need to talk with UPS. I also ask for the tracking number of the original shipment that was lost and am told that they can't provide it.
All in all, horrible experience, horrible comapny, and I would never order from them again.
I also have noticed that all of the negative responses are lengthy explanations of what happened while all of the positives are short 1 sentence reviews - could possibly be the company raising their rating???
