The owner really knows how to do eBusiness. The order processing was handled professionally. The package was received in good condition with illustration materials. They sent follow up postcard and phone call. I have never dealt with a company that has this level of service. Hopefully the quality of their product is as good as their sales and support process.

Only 1x out of 6-7 orders I've placed was I not happy. The powder mix was very bitter and discolered. I tlkd. to a rep. and sent it back. Only thing that would have put their svc. at an excellent rating would have been to offer to pay my s&h to send the product back.

They service one primary product of interest. I go there for my supply and I have recommended it to family members. They have ordered their own supplies. The product is most important issue. I only have seen OPC Xtra on the web site. I am not aware of any other products. The only thing that could be improved upon is their phone service. No one is ever available to answer questions. The only option is voice mail. Then many hours later someone will call you back. It would be nice to be able to call the number and speak to someone right away and not have to wait for hours to hear from someone. Other than that, I love this product. It is shipped at warp speed to my home, so I do appreciate that a lot.
