Gizmos2go has truly changed the world of online shopping. I can find almost anything i want and my last purchases included a number of items for automobile electronics. The purchases are always easy with just a click from paypal everything is done and depending on the seller i get the product fast. In February 2007 I purchased my new Dimension desktop computer. I experienced no problems in placing my order and had no problems with deliver. This was my first time in ordering a desktop pc from Gzimo2go and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

gizmos2go was formerly listed as hitech gadgets. the pda battery i ordered wasn't correct. in fairness to them, i did get a partial reimbursement.

BE WARNED. you can barely get in contact w/this company to resolve problems via email, contact us link, live support link or phone #'s which are not posted. they have a customer support link and wholesale link. i'm not sure which one worked but even then you have no idea whether your email is going through. fortunately it did and i was able to start the process of contact and pingponging the issues until the partial reimbursement ensued. the postal stamp was $2.32 usps and they charged $32.00 which they did not reimburse. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, stay clear of this company.

Very disappointed in the level of service and support. Purchased a Tungsten E2 Demo model. Received a demo model in poor shape and NOT the E2, but the E model. Notified them immediately and was informed to ship it back and they would replace it with the correct item. Never once did they mention to request an RMA for return shipping. Spent $8.50 on shipping. Told replacement item had shipped, 2 weeks later nothing, told to wait, 5 more days, ask again. They discover it was never shipped! Had repeatedly asked about reimbursement for my shipping costs. No response. Finally notified they don't reimburse ever for shipping costs and I should have requested an RMA. Finally got a refund for item minus original shipping. Out $12 + $8.50 for their mistake. If a company can't stand behind their service, don't do business with them. No attempt was made to try to correct the problem or work with me. Asked over and over to speak with a supervisor via email or phone. none available.

I guess it goes back to you get what you pay for and some times pay and don't get!

I placed an order for 2 HP iPAQ RX3100 batteries. They came quickly and was very pleased. Need another so placed an order for another, after waiting almost 2 weeks for delivery, I got the battery and it was the wrong item. I ordered the correct one and they shipped me the wrong one. They agreed to replace the product with the correct one. When it got back to them, they gave me store credit instead of sending me the correct one. Plus, they only gave me store credit for the product not the shipping. When I asked why they didn't refund the shipping cost, They said "Sorry, we have done store credit for you, you can place another order with it."
Good Prices but Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!!! It is a hit or miss game with them. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!

I DELAYED THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I WAS PURCHASING A "REFURB" ITEM AND WASN'T SURE OF THE QUALITY BUT I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY SATISFIED. THE E2 CAME WITH ALL THE "NEW" ACCESSORIES AS INDICATED BY PALM. Delivery is always fast and on time and now and then, charges are dropped mbecause of a special purchase. Their service has always been good.
