I have just received my second order from Pet Mountain and could not be happier. Prompt shipping, great prices, and super customer service.

I ordered two Pondmaster Pumps for my waterfall from them and their prices were 20% lower than anyone else. Their selection of all types of items for Ponds and Aquariums is excellent with multiple brands to compare.

They have a large clearance section and great selection on all types of pet supplies. I found a new brand of Brewer's Yeast supplement for my dogs that was a third of what I'd been paying at Petsmart.

There was a very small error in my last order where the sizing on one of my pond chemicals was incorrectly listed as two gallons and only one was shipped. They credited my account with half the price difference (even though they really did not have to) within an hour when it was brought to their attention. All done very graciously and efficiently via e-mail.

If you need pet supplies this is the place to shop. Your bird, cat, fish, snake or doggies will thank you.

Shipping has been very fast using UPS and not the slugs at USPS. They have a reuse / recycle sustainable shipping policy and free shipping on orders over $150.

The only drawback at all is that they are located in California which means I pay sales tax.
